Surrounded by palms and tropical plants, your Kauai home away from home awaits you on a quiet street that leads to the Whaler’s Cove area of Poipu. This two-level home was thoughtfully designed with family "ohana" in mind. The living, dining, and kitchen common areas, along with adjoining large outdoor lanais, will accommodate most any size family.

 

The incredibly comfortable living area is complete with overstuffed furniture, LED Smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player. Beautiful wooden sliding doors open to a large lanai that is perfect for viewing green sea turtles and taking in spectacular ocean views. Newly remodeled with top-of-the-line appliances, the well-equipped kitchen will delight food-lovers who like to entertain. There are two outdoor lanais just off the kitchen that provide BBQs and outdoor dining.

 

Sleeping arrangements are ideal for all groups, large or small. First, the huge master bedroom suite features a private lanai, king-size bed, ample closet space and master bath with large walk-in shower and double sinks. Following are two generous bedrooms each with king beds, full private baths and private lanais; and a third separate room with one full-size and twin bed.  And yet still, for larger families, there is a separate bonus studio space off the garage that features two queen size beds, kitchenette, and full bath. Wi-fi is provided throughout the home. All five sleeping areas are completely furnished and outfitted with quality linens, tropical decor, and thoughtful aloha to make you perfectly at home after each day's activities.

 

Around the corner, you will find locals favorite Baby Beach. Baby Beach is a quiet, sandy, calm beach that is perfect for small children and sunbathing. Another short walk or a 5-minute drive away you’ll find all the conveniences and fun of The Shops at Kukui’ula. “The Shops” is home to dozens of restaurants, markets, boutiques and galleries, and is host to some of the South Shore’s most cherished weekly, monthly and annual events. Quaint Old Kahloa Town and the famous Poipu and Brennecke’s Beaches are conveniently nearby. On Kauai, you will also find some of the most spectacular golf anywhere, including three award-winning courses right in the Poipu area.

 

From it's dramatic coastline to majestic mountains, Kauai is full of natural beauty and has a ton of ecotourism offerings waiting to be discovered.  Observing sea turtles from one of our lanais is sure to be a highlight of your trip.  It is truly remarkable watching these beautiful creatures rest on the rocks, swim and come to the water’s surface for air.
